How about we give B their delay of game warning for grabbing the ball after a score. Take away the 2nd basket, and have the score now 2-0 for B.

I wouldn't even give a delay unless I was sure they did it on purpose. I would blow the whistle inform the teams which way they're going and give it to the proper team.
