I agree with Dan.
A went the wrong way of their own volition. Count the points for B.
Then B took the ball OOB, when it should have been A who took the ball OOB. It was a mistake, not deliberate, so reset with A taking the ball OOB, and cancel B's "score".
See some case in 10 on this ("an obvious intentional act" or something is the title of it).
