1. Not a violation the way it's described. That said, the ref may have missed B1's tip. The ref may have seen A2 tip it in the FC before retrieving it in the BC.
2. This is a violation as team control has not ended. Sometimes this call is missed by newer officials, and coaches rarely accept it.
3. As soon as he lands in the BC. Remember, though, a player whose team is not in control of the ball can jump from FC, catch the ball in the air, and land normally in the BC; even if the first foot down touches in the FC.
