What everyone has said so far is correct, according to NFHS rules. But, allow me to throw another interp into the mix - in NCAAW the T is always administered first, then you would go to POI. So, in this instance, you would shoot the T (with anyone from A) with the lane cleared, then shoot the foul shots with A1 on the line and the other players on the lane, with play continuing from there.
No wonder I always get a headache when I switch back and forth between HS and college...
