Does A1 have to be within a certain distance of the half court line to be permitted to do this? Also, could A1 inbound the ball from team A's baseline into the backcourt without a violation?
Thanks in advance

No team control on throw in and therefore no back court violation. Easiest way to remember this. Also keep in mind this exception on throw in only: A1 throws in to A2 by dividing line A2 in front court jumps and lands in back court this is not a back court violation on the throw in ONLY.
