If I ever become head of a youth sports league, no parent will coach a team unless they have great credentials. If it's at all possible.

In this league coaches have to be certified to coach a team. I believe the Level 1 coaching theory is needed, althought it may be level 2.

Well if that is what Level 1 gets you, maybe they need to do away with the Levels - or maybe 1 is the lowest and it goes up from there??
