When I've had enough, I use the stop sign (for his benefit and everyone else in the gym) and tell him, "That's enough coach." No ultimatums. Next time is a T. It's amazing how many coaches respond postitively to the stop sign, and or T, and return to coaching. Their teams actually benefit from having the coach focus on them rather than the officials. Amazing, simply amazing.
