Do-overs are legal.
Friday night during a GV game, Guest team is horrible and down by 30 so all the third stringers are in. Inbounds play right by the G bench. I show spot and say "right here in front of your coach so you can impress him with this bounce pass". The girl does a chest pass and I say "that's not a bounce pass". She gets her teammate to pass right back and turns and starts walking then passes the ball to me. Obviously realizing that she was nervous and trying to obey the ref, I blew my whistle and said "re-set, red ball here".
I think the coach wet his pants holding in his laugh. I felt sorry for her and didn't want to mess her up anymore.
