In intramurals where I officiate, dunking is a T and automatic ejection to begin with. So I could definitely see giving two T's in this situation.
And then when they come complain about getting two, I'll give them another one and call the game (three T's on a team, game over under our intramural rules).
As for the punching the ball -- I did see this happen in a game the other night (I wasn't officiating) and no call. Is it just a violation or what?
