Two nights ago I work with a partner for the first time. The guy is a very good offical and we had a great game and a lot of fun. At the conclusion of game, as we were changing, my partner and I were laughing about the many rules that players, coaches, and fans just do not understand. We covered 3 seconds, over and back, etc. and he says, "And most people don't know that this is travelling" and he starts to rock his foot from heel to toe. This happens one day after I read all of the pages of discussion on the pivot foot and travel/no travel thread. I told him about the discussion here. Hey, we do actually learn something from this thing from time to time don't we!
