As we've previously discussed, it worked well here as an experiment in 2004-05. Looks like the two years to implement consensus we came up with was a pretty good guess.....
Nothing earth shattering in the rest of the changes. I like the revision to 9-5-4, it should make judging the "BRB or 1st hit" situation in that scenario a lot more consistent across the board.
