Getting cut can be frustrating...however, you can also use it as a motivating factor...look at all the great players over they years who have been cut from HS teams...Pete Maravich was cut his freshman year...Michael Jordan was cut his Freshman and sophomore year...John Havlicek was cut three years in HS...all three either are or will be in the basketball Hall of Fame (ask your dad who they are if you don't recognize the names)...they certainly never quit. Keep working at it and improve to the point where he can't possibly ignore you any longer...
