You're thinking of the NBA's "Away-from-the-play" foul, which is in effect in the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter or any overtime period. In that situation, your play would be an away-from-the-play foul. One FT for anyone on the floor at the time and possession at the spot of the original throw-in.
