We use the Accumlutive "T" system. Per Season
1st T is a freebie
2nd T Gone for game,1 game suspension, $25 fine
3rd T Gone for game 2 game suspension, $25 fine
4th T Gone for game 3 game suspension, $50 fine
5th T Gone for game, gone for 1 calendar year, $50 fine must be paid or unable to ever sign up.
It works wonders, but you still have a few that just don't get it!!!!!
