Few extra points -

Note a new thread developing on same topic/issue

In response - No, in my initial question/post it is implied that I had NOT blown my whistle. The player's act only off of the horn.

As suggestion - TABLE MANAGEMENT is a good game management way to stop or control this behavior. I am keen onmentioning to the table that I want to hold them. That avoids embarrasing the kids or compromising my rules enforcement.

Am I correct - the horn signals the referee, not a signal to the player?

I do HS. V and JV
