Bingo, this is where it happens most of the time. Usually I'm quick to get them in, however if they come in and I have some business to take of with the table I will make sure I round them back up until I'm finished.

I have both this problem, and the opposite. Whistle, "sub!" beckon, beckon, "sub!", whistle, Double whistle, "Hey!! Sub!! Come on in!!" beckon.

Had a freshman girl's game yesterday and had this same problem. Perhaps teenage girls really ARE deaf (I know my 10 yo and 3 yo are!)
