[/B][/QUOTE]Now you go to R9-1PENALTY4(a)- "If both offenders are in a marked lane space, the second violation is ignored, as in penalty item (2)". Officials got it right if B violated before A. Got it wrong if the A and B players on the lane stepped in together (simultaneous). Judgement call.
