I also haven't had a problem dealing with them. Of course it took a few weeks to get my purchases (crossing the border with the cheap shipping takes time
) but they arrived before the start of my season with everything the order contained.
But a lesson I've learnt not from any officiating store but just in general, if the item is on backorder, or not in stock, wait for it to be in stock before purchasing said item. It saves a ton of time and trouble. Like all the people who put in pre-orders for the patent leather shoes must've been pissed with the arrival date getting moved back constantly. But if you waited for them to be instock, then you would've have that problem. Just my $0.02
