I do coaches before captains.
I do coaches at about 8 minutes, after I've checked the books, I go over any concerns they might have then invite them to the captains conference which takes place at 5:30.
I don't like feeling rushed, and I think getting this stuff over with earlier allows you to deal with any problems that might come up.
