The college game and the pro game are totally different especially the interaction with the managers, coaches and players. Sometimes, the pro guys find it hard to make the transition "down" to college, not because they don't have the skills but rather making the mental adjustment. I know here in the Midwest, our supervisor does not show favoritism to anyone regardless of experience. Ofcourse, they may be fast tracked to D-I but they still have to start at the D-III level and work you're way up until you prove yourself.
