Find a mentor, someone in your association, typically with at least 8-10 years of quality experience.
Ask him or her to watch some of your games and help where it's most needed.
Remember, officiating is the only job where you're expected to be perfect the first time, and then keep improving from then on.
I've always liked that quote, but what about doctors, nuclear physicists, etc...?
