I agree that it sounds bad but this is life and thats how it works. We work for statristic everyday at work and most jobs, if you don't have good statistic then you are out of a job. Most places people are dying to get a title or move up in the work place.

And you want kids to focus on education, why? For a better job? More money? To have that top title in the company they work for?
