It's actually NEPSAC - New England Preparatory School Athletic Council. And, yes, it is multi-state - many of the private prep schools in the region compete with each other rather than competing with the other local schools (the local athletics politics being worthy, in many cases, of posts rivaling the length of MTD,Sr.'s.
