Hi Everyone -
My name is Joe and I'm a first-year official in New York. So far the season has gone pretty well. I have seven games under my belt - mostly church league and modified. At some games I have felt more comfortable than others; but overall, I am gaining more confidence on the floor after each game.
I just wanted to say I've gotten some great tips and advice from this forum and it has helped spark discussion with my partners, as well. I hope to become a regular poster of questions. Thanks for the help.
