To expand upon what Homer said...Unnecessary Delay Time-Out is assessed upon discovery. Any further instances by the same team will be sanctioned with a point/loss of rally assesed for the violation. After all, the coach was supposed to have verified during the prematch conference that the players' uniforms and equipment were in accordance with the rules.
