I don't have my rule book handy, so this is from memory.

Administrative T's are issued for the following:

1. Not providing the lineup 10 minutes prior to the start of the game and not designating their starters.

Now we only get one T for both, correct? Lets say that the line up was given at 7 minutes. That's a T. Now suppose at 5 minutes the starters were designated. This is not another T, correct?

2. Changing a number in the score book.

This is only a T after the 10 minute mark, correct? Suppose the line up was given at 12 minutes and then at 11 minutes the coach realizes his/her mistake and has the scorer change the number. This is not a T, correct? If the changes occurred after the 10 minute mark, this is a T and the team only gets one T no matter how many have to be changed, correct? So if you made one change at 7 minutes and then another change at 5 minutes, the team would only get one T for the change made at 7 minutes, correct?

3. Changing a name in the score book. Same as number 2 above.

4. Having a player change to a different number (exception, blood rule). Same as number 2 above.

Are 2, 3 and 4 covered under 1 T? If you had all three happen: Scorer changes number 10 to 12 in the score book, changes RWest to JurassicReferee in the book, and rainmaker changes to robmoz's number. If all three happened at different times, would the offending team only be assessed one T for all three?
