1. Is that individual in shape.
2. Is he a family man.
3. Does he/she have a regular job.
4. Is he/she a gambler.
5. Do they have great court sense.
6. Impeccable judgement.
7. Does he/she listen well.
8. Are they people person.
9. How do they handle the coach, players and fans.
10. Are you willing to travel.
