I agree, although I don't cut a lot of slack on this, but a little. Here's one that made me so arngry, I saw stars. The defender had fouled pretty hard, but not jarred the ball loose, or really even hindered the dribbler. And in the process the defender tripped on his own two feet and sprawled face down onto the floor. He had punished himself so roundly, I felt silly calling a foul, although it had to be done. But then, the dribbler picked up the ball and nailed the kid on the floor right in the back of the head.
Wow! But my partner was even angrier than me and tossed the kid so fast, I never blew the whistle.
