The jump ball restrictions end when the ball hits the floor (or a non-jumper, or an official, or a basket, or a backboard). So, it wasn't a violation. See 6-3-7.

Had it been a violation, point the arrow toward A's basket when the ball is at the disposal of B for the throw-in. 4-3-3
