I look at a guy like Al and I wonder what is it like to referee in the CFL for 28 years? I've seen classic CFL games on Classic Canada and I recall games from the mid-70s. McColman was there. Just incredible.
I also see that Brent Buchko is doing his 3rd straight GC as the HL. I've been watching him through the years and it doens't surprise me. And 12 GCs in 28 years for 54. That's almost one every other year.
Lemme see. Tom will be doing a GC is 2006 or 2007. That's my guess. He'll have 3-4 seasons under his belt. I think that for a solid guy like Tom, 3-4 is a good bet.
