Makes sense. I got confused by the parenthetical in 8-1-1 and by the case book. Looking at 4-4-7 seems to clear that up.

PS--as a side note, I should mention I am a lawyer and the way the rule book is written drives me nuts. Who organized this thing and is there any chance people will ever restructure this? Anyone know the history on the organization of the rules?
