Hmmmm. I didnt check in Rule 4. Darn it. There goes my 100%
4-4-7(b) does seem to make the answer false.
So then when 8-1-1 says "the ball shall be placed at the disposal of the free thrower (bounced)" I guess that paranthetical is not read to mean that is placing it at his disposal but just that is the manner the ball should be given to him and 4-4-7 still controls disposal?
I love these discussions. They really help me learn.
