I'm not getting into the Texas vs the rest of the US in FB issues. I like the many Texas guys who post, and if other states had more guys that knew each other like these several do and communicated via the board, this board would be even better than it currently is. The more people and the more opinions the better.
I do have a serious question of why Texas and (I think NJ) play NCAA rules. I don't think one is better than the other, they both have some advantages and disadvantages, but what is the rational? In Texas do you play NFHS rules in SB, BB, BSB, and so on, or do you play NCAA rules there as well?
I am not trying to start anything by asking this question. I really do not have an opinion one way or another that you do, just wondering why?
