Hmmm...the state was pretty clear with us that all fouls the calling official will go tableside. So an offensive foul in the FC called by the L is no different - if the L is tableside, then stay and administer the throw-in...if the L was not tableside, we have a switch...maybe that's just a state thing, but from what I read, it's what's in the Fed. manual for three-person, isn't it??
