This is beyond comprehension. How does this happen in a rink and no official notices. How? Unless you had the most incompetent officials in the world, how does this happen? What is missing from this story?

For this to happen the other team would only have had 3 players in the action end. You gonna tell me NO official would have noticed two of the players going the other way?
