You don't?
No, this is our shot. Nobody, least of all me, thinks this is over. Especially since St. Louis hasn't lost at home in the playoffs. Especially since we know that a team can come back, even from 0-3. But finally, our guys get to fight for all the marbles.
Yabut, if by some weird quirk of fate(like a CURSE ), the Sox do happen to lose, aren't you and the other Red Sox fans gonna HAVE to wait for another shot? Again?

Is that logic course you're taking called "Convoluted Logic 101 for BoSox Fans"? With "Convoluted Logic 201 for BoSox Fans" only being planned to be put on the curriculum IF or WHEN they ever win a World Series? [/B]
yea, but right now, they're in their " 'nother shot". So they're not waiting for it. They're shooting. So to speak.

Reminds me of a girls' basketball team here in Portland, Lake Oswego, who actually beat the Oregon City girls' team. It was the first time Oregon City had been beaten during the regular season for like five years or something. The paper next morning quoted the L.O. coach as saying, "It doesn't matter what happens the rest of the year. We've beaten Oregon City." When you're in the middle of it, you are allowed to just bask, even if it doesn't lead to anything else.
