Wisconsin uses 2 with Varsity fees of $50-55 in my area. Some conferences pay travel. According to the head honcho at the WIAA, we are eventually going to 3-person for T-ment. Which levels and when is still
TBD. The thought is that hopefully after the t-ment goes to 3-person, the schools will eventually fall in line.
