NFHS Rule 2-28-3

"A loose ball is out of bounds when it touches anything, including a player or game official, who is out of bounds."

If I'm interpreting your description of the play correctly, and A80 touched the ball with his feet OB, then in this situation we would have a touchback.

No penalty for Illegal Participation, because A80 never came back into the field of play.
No Touchdown for A because they are not possesing a LIVE ball in B's EZ.

B's ball 1st & 10 @ B-20.
