Commenting on several things here. 5 man crew is what we use here so adding more would go against what we all train for. I'm still trying to figure out the "false start" signal given against the defense for jumping offside. The other signals need some work too. Not clean and crisp to my liking, but who am I I'm sure it's just the jitters from knowing the camera is focused on him. What rules are you using that prescribe a warning? I communicate with them in the huddle and if I see it when they are on the line I will tell them "88 put your mouthpiece in" as preventive officiating but if it isn't in I will not allow the snap to occur. Whistle, flag, signal 23, and signal timeout for that team. But, there is nothing that says they get a warning.
