What if Tony is sure that he didn't make an "error" of any kind, but instead was confident that he had the call RIGHT? I think that any official would be insulted under those circumstances if someone subsequently tried to overrule them. I sureashell would be, and I guarantee you that we WOULD be discussing it if somebody tried it with me.

Notwithstanding, of course, the fact that the rules as written will NOT allow one official to overrule another official anyway.
