Besides, a lot of youth leagues don't want the tower philosophy. They just want a tight game with very little contact and all violations called rather than some adv/dis.

I dunno about youth leagues, so if you say it's so, I believe you.
But what if just one coach read it, and then, what if he just happened to mention it?
Then,... drip by drip by drip....
