I would change the tone/tact of your comment and separate the thoughts.
  • Suggest that you read the rulebook. Invite us to come and speak about specific rules.
    Be professional just as you expect the Officials to be professional - don't try to show-up the Ref.
    Do not allow players to confront/argue with the Ref. Any discussions should be between the coach and the official.
    Based upon the Tower Philosophy, every foul and violation is not going to be called. Accept that fact and don't scream and holler for a call that an official has already decided not to call. Again, remember to be professional.

Reading a rulebook does not give one authority to argue...
