Here is one that I use to piss off other officials. We have all been trained with this situation. A FG attempt is kicked into a strong wind passes thru the uprights and over the cross bar, completely passing the goal posts. The wind then blows the ball back thru the goal posts into the endzone. Result: FG good 3 points for K. My piss off point is different: The kick goes wide of the uprights, then the wind blowing at an angle, blows the ball back thru the uprights over the cross bar. Result: FG good because the rule book doesn't say the ball has to be going thru the goal posts in any paticular direction (i.e. from the field of play towards the out of bounds). Of course no one would ever call this good, but if the trainers keep giving us the FG thru "frontwards then blown back thru," I'll keep giving them my even more unusual FG!

I JUST LOVE THE RULE BOOK!
