before i posted, i looked up 'stare' in the dictionary and it states... function: verb. this means an action by my understanding but i would be happy to here the opinion from a grammarian. as i am not one i could be wrong
And parents don't tell kids not to stare because they want them to stop doing nothing, it is because it is socially unacceptable in our culture to stare... stare = rude.
i am going to stop here, because you and I are going to end up arguing a point we already agree on... this is not in and of itself T-worthy!
