When there is a foul by either team before the AP throw-in ends, the team who had the ball for the AP throw-in when the foul was committed retains the arrow for the next AP throw-in situation.
In your play the AP arrow is not reversed because the double personal foul by W2 and B2 was before Team W's AP throw-in ended. The next AP throw-in situation is the throw-in due to the double personal foul by W2 and B2.
The AP arrow is reversed when the AP throw-in ends. The throw-in ends when it is touches or is touched by a player on the court or the team making the throw-in commits a throw-in violation.
