Lane Violation During FT's
As a high-school official, the thing I noticed most about games during March Madness was how quickly the jumpers enter the paint during free throws. Based on what I'm seening, I'm sure the college rules must allow jumpers to enter the paint as soon as the FT is released.
But what I wonder about are the times jumpers have clearly stepped ONTO the paint BEFORE the ball leaves the shooters hands. It never seems to be called.
