Is it still a travel in FIBA? Never has been in the FED, as far as I know. But everyone thinks it is. Kinda like the belief that you can call traveling on the player doing the throw in.

That was the most shocking revelation during my training class, that the inbounder can take steps (within 3 feet). Another big one, that big time D1 officials make $800 per game.
