I ask the coaches "are your player properly equip and ready to play?"

I usually ask for the speaking captain. Then I make a very quick comment about them being the leaders of their team and we will treat you accordingly.

Then I ask "are their any questions?"

I have not remembered anytime where a question has ever been asked.

After that I say good luck.

The meeting takes about a minute and we go back to the other side of the court (or fill out the scorebook).
