Numbers 13 and 16 are not myths in NSA anymore.
Some time back, not sure when but NSA decided that any contact with a runner by teammates or base coaches was an automatic out and in the case of the coach, an ejection.
I haven't woked NSA in a while but was give this info by a well known UIC who was supposed to work the Worlds this year.
