That's what I do, I only have 1 of each patch, and I got someone to do a great job of sewing white vecro over the white stripes on the pocket. If you work without a patch, you can't tell there's velcro there, and it keeps patch costs down.

I tried it.
Didn't like it.
I knew the fuzzy stuff was there.
It did bother me.

When I work with a shirt that doesn't need a patch, ... the shirt doesn't have a patch. Use a game check and get a "no patch shirt".
